About Cutlark Studio

Cutlark Studio creates carefully prepared digital artwork and transparent PNG collections for makers, designers and creative businesses.

The goal is simple: artwork that is attractive, practical, and genuinely ready to use in real projects. Not a folder of files that each need an hour of cleanup before they can go anywhere near a print.

What we actually do

Most of the work behind a Cutlark bundle is not the drawing — it is the preparation. Every file is cut from its background, checked for edge quality, squared to a consistent canvas, set to a consistent resolution, colour-profiled, named sensibly and packaged.

That preparation is the part that decides whether a design prints cleanly on a black shirt or arrives with a pale halo around every curve. It is unglamorous and it is the reason the collections exist.

Each bundle is also built around a single theme and a single visual style, so the pieces sit together in a layout instead of looking like ten unrelated images that happened to be sold in one ZIP.

Being straight about how it is made

Cutlark artwork is produced digitally, using a mix of generative and manual tools, and then prepared by hand. We do not describe it as hand-painted or hand-drawn, because that would not be accurate, and you should be able to trust what a product page tells you.

What you are buying is the curation and the preparation: a coherent set, cut properly, at a resolution that holds up in print, with a licence that lets you sell what you make.

The free tools

Alongside the shop there are 3 freebrowser-based PNG tools. They exist because the questions they answer — is this file actually transparent, what size will it print at, how do I resize without wrecking the edges — come up constantly, and the existing answers usually involve uploading your artwork to a stranger's server.

Cutlark's tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you open in them is uploaded anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go. They are free, they have no signup, and they work just as well on files you did not buy from us.

How the shop works

This website is the storefront. Payment and file delivery are handled byPayhip, an established digital-goods platform — so your card details never touch this site, and your download arrives automatically the moment payment clears.

There are currently 5 collections, and new ones are added when they are genuinely finished rather than on a schedule.

Small on purpose

Cutlark is a small independent studio, not a marketplace or a team. That means replies come from the person who made the artwork, and it also means the catalogue grows at a realistic pace. If something is wrong with a file, say so and it gets fixed.
