Before you write
A few things have a faster answer than an email, so it is worth checking these first:
- Lost your download? Payhip links your purchase to the email address used at checkout. Search that inbox for the original download email — that is usually the quickest route. If it is genuinely gone, write to us from that same address and we can find the order.
- Question about what you can sell? Thelicence page covers commercial use, print-on-demand and the restrictions, in plain language.
- Question about files, sizes or delivery? Most of these are answered on the FAQ page.
- Refund request? See the refund policy for what is covered, then email us with your order reference.
What helps us help you
If you are reporting a problem with a file, including these gets it fixed in one round:
- The product name
- Your Payhip order reference, or the email address used at checkout
- Which file, and what is wrong with it
- What you are trying to do with it
