Frequently Asked Questions
What you get, how it arrives, and what you are allowed to do with it. If your question is not here, email us — it is a small studio and questions get answered.
What is included in my purchase?
Each bundle is a ZIP file containing the individual PNG files listed on the product page, plus a short licence text file. The exact file count, pixel dimensions and DPI are shown in the "What’s included" box on every product page.
Are these physical products?
No. Every Cutlark product is a digital download. Nothing is printed, packed or shipped, and no physical item will arrive.
How do I receive my files?
Checkout is handled by Payhip. As soon as payment completes, Payhip shows a download link and emails a copy to the address you entered. Delivery is immediate — there is no waiting period and no manual step at our end.
What format are the files?
PNG. Each design is a separate PNG file inside the ZIP, saved in the sRGB colour profile so colours stay consistent between screen and print.
Are the PNG backgrounds transparent?
Yes. Every file has a real alpha channel rather than a white rectangle behind the artwork, and the edges are cut so there is no grey halo when the design is placed on a dark background. You can verify this yourself with our free PNG Transparency Checker.
What resolution are the files?
Current bundles are 4096 × 4096 px at 300 DPI, which prints at roughly 13.7 inches square at full quality. The exact figures for each bundle are listed on its product page.
Can I use Cutlark graphics commercially?
Yes. Commercial use is included with every bundle. You can use the artwork in products you sell, including physical items and digital designs. The full terms are on the Licence page.
Can I use the designs for print-on-demand products?
Yes. Print-on-demand is covered — shirts, mugs, tumblers, stickers, cards and similar finished products are all permitted. What is not permitted is selling the PNG files themselves.
Can I resell the PNG files?
No. You may sell finished products made with the artwork, but you may not resell, share or redistribute the PNG files themselves as clipart, stock art, design assets or as part of a competing bundle.
What happens if I lose my download?
Payhip keeps your purchase linked to the email address you used at checkout, so the original download email is the quickest route. If you cannot find it, email hello@cutlark.com from that address and we will help you recover it.
What is your refund policy?
Because these are digital files delivered instantly, refunds cannot generally be offered once a download has been made. If a file is corrupted, missing or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund it. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
How can I contact Cutlark?
